Description
This video includes yoga routines for athletes, with 12 customized yoga sessions ranging from 20 to 60 minutes for each of 16 sports. Yoga exercises are designed to help athletes build strength, stamina, and flexibility; increase performance; and help reduce the risk of sports related injuries. There are customized workouts for baseball, basketball, cycling, football, golf, hiking, kayaking, martial arts, rock climbing, running, skiing, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball, and weightlifting.
