Description
This mini-series, based on the life of the sixteenth century nun and mystic writer, Santa Teresa de Jesús (sometimes called Santa Teresa de Avila), offers an account of the times when this mystic nun was setting up Carmelite monasteries in the deepest depths of the interior of Spain. It follows her life from the time Teresa was about 23 to her death in 1852.
