Description
After choosing a stray dog from the shelter, a young boy and his parents proudly take Norman home. The little boy tries to teach Norman different tricks, but Norman just doesn't seem to be too smart, but they love him just the same. Soon they discover that Normal understands Chinese, so the family learns Chinese too.
