Yuichiro survives the trial to acquire Cursed Gear, demon possessed weaponry that will help fight vampires. Instead of celebrating he is sent on his first mission to Shinjuku to investigate vampire activity. Yuichiro's friend, Mika, who is now a vampire, is headed to the same place.
